Emerging Leaders Academy
Virginia Tech's Emerging Leaders Academy was designed for high-potential employees who aspire to grow professionally. Participants attend monthly half-day leadership sessions faciliated by subject matter experts on hand selected topics of interest. Optional program enhancements include a mentorship program and/or capstone team projects.
