Kristen Greene

Kristen Greene, a Virginian native, is currently serving as the Director of Membership Development for the Virginia Maritime Association. Her focus in this role is on membership retention and support, membership recruitment, and the continued development of VMA’s regional chapters statewide. She remains active in the maritime community through WISTA USA, Women of Offshore Wind, and the Propeller Club of Norfolk. Statewide she currently serves as a board member of the Shenandoah Traffic Club in Winchester, VA and an active alumni of Lead VA.

Prior to joining the Virginia Maritime Association, Kristen served as the Director of Corporate Partnerships with the LPGA Kingsmill Championship hosted at Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, VA.

Kristen is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Communication and two minors: Business and German.

Outside of work, Kristen is an active member of her community. She has been a member of the Junior League of Hampton Roads for over 10 years and has partnered with other local organizations to give back to the Hampton Roads area. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and cheering for college sports.
